Every year the school has a cute Christmas program and all the elementary grades perform a song. This year they did a little play and Jaci wanted to try out for a speaking part. She did great and it has been fun to watch her come out of her shell this year.

I didn't forget the picture of Kaleb, that kid was not even going to get close to Santa. He was scared to death and burst into tears when we asked if he wanted to go.
