Jaci's Practice Kindergarten

Jaci had her first day of kindergarten, or practice kindergarten during the last week of school. She was so excited! She was worried about being ready so she asked me to set my alarm on my phone for her. I told her I would put it on her dresser after she had gone to sleep, my battery was low, so I left it plugged in the kitchen and in the middle of the night Jaci came in our room very upset because I had forgot her alarm. She had a great time and I'm sure will love school. Now if only I can get ready for her to be gone, she is a great helper, and it will be a rough transition for me.

Tayson is now ready to turn 5 and go to school. I think his transition may be as hard as mine. He is Jaci's shadow and asked every few minutes if it was time to go pick up Jaci. They play well together and it is fun to watch them. Were just glad we have a whole summer to get ready for real school!
