We played a lot all week, but finally did go to work for a few hours, since that was the whole purpose of the trip. It was really cool to see the farm. It was in a gated field on the North shore of Oahu. The dirt was super sticky and red. We all had 4" lifts on our shoes by the time we finished. It rained on and off and a year later Bob shoes still have hints of red. The farm was beautiful and although the tests plots didn't result as well as we'd hoped we had a great time checking out the potatoes.
Mike wanted a picture with his broken back in the potato field. That is one dedicated farmer!
