I don't know if it was the hot dry weather or the smoke in the sky that sometimes made me miss the beauty's around us this summer, but one evening I was walking outside and couldn't believe how pretty it was. I think I take for granted too often the beauty of our lives in the country. We are so blessed to live where we do. Here are a few pictures of the views from our house walking all the way around it:
