The kindergartners are just starting a study on healthy foods and so for a field trip they came to the field to glean potatoes.
I panicked because the bus could only get in by the gate and we had just gleaned really well with the ward in that spot and I didn't think the kids would be able to find much. So I brought a little sack and buried a few big ones in a pile of dirt. To my surprise there were already plenty of potatoes in that pile and next to it.
We didn't have any problems finding enough potatoes. I think they all took home a pretty goodbag full, it was a fun day!
